Welcome!

ROSEWOOD on Broadway, a 111-bed long-term care facility located in north Fargo, has been providing skilled nursing and rehab services to the Fargo-Moorhead community for over 60 years. ROSEWOOD’S has also added PRAIRIE ROSE COURTYARD - memory care, and RAINBOW SQUARE - adult day respite program. 

ROSEWOOD is sponsored by Sisters of Mary of the Presentation, a small, rural Catholic health system which in its diversity of programs and facilities consists of people who care and believe they can make a difference.
