ROSEWOOD’S outstanding professional staff provides quality skilled nursing and physical care, together with services to meet social, psychological and spiritual needs. Close relationships develop between those who live here and those who work here. ROSEWOOD staff members are consistently working with the same residents to become familiar with their individual needs, likes and habits.

Skilled Nursing
Dietary Management
Rosewood has developed the 5 Meal Plan to allow residents more flexibility and choices at meals times and throughout the day. There is an optional continental breakfast from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM each day. Residents are no longer awakened in the morning for breakfast. They are served continental breakfast when they get up. Select menus are available at brunch and dinner everyday along with a substantial afternoon and evening snack. Therapeutic menus are written with the approval of a registered dietitian to meet the nutritional needs of all residents on a therapeutic diet. Meals and snacks are served in the dining areas on all floors.
Therapy Services
Case Management
Case managers will work closely with you, your family and other facility staff to coordinate non-medical areas of your care. Your case manager will provide you and your family, with an orientation to ROSEWOOD which will help you get to know the staff and routines of ROSEWOOD. They will be available to answer questions, assist with any concerns you have throughout your stay at ROSEWOOD as well as assist you with your social, emotional and spiritual needs.
Spiritual Care
You are encouraged and will be assisted to continue participating in the church of your choice. Clergy from the community make regular visits to their members at ROSEWOOD and can be contacted if you wish. Arrangements can be made to attend church services in community churches. ROSEWOOD has a part time staff chaplain who conducts interdenominational services twice a week as well as provides individual support and counsel. The chapel at ROSEWOOD is also the sight of a weekly Catholic mass of a local parish.
