|Coordinates and directs care of an assigned group of residents during an 8-hour shift according to physician orders and facility practices. Follows physician orders and the resident’s care plan. Provides accurate, timely documentation to support care delivery. Must hold a current license in the state of North Dakota as a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse. Must be CPR certified. IV certification highly recommended for LPN’s.|
|Dietary Aide Position||Part Time (16 Hours)||6:30am to 2:15pm,
3:00pm to 7:00pm,
|Assists in meeting the nutritional needs of the residents in a long term care facility, by providing appropriate foods and fluids as indicated on diet cards and performing a variety of services related to dining as assigned or scheduled.|

Employees working 60 hours or more in a 2 week pay period are eligible for Health Insurance. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.
The SMP Health System provides a high deductible health care plan with a health savings account. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.
If you do not have a Health Savings Account, you might consider a Flexible Spending Account which provides you with the opportunity through payroll deduction to set aside a portion of what would have been taxable income and deposit the money into a Personal Reimbursement Account.
A 3% contribution is provided by the SMP Health System at no cost to the employee. The 3% contribution is based on an employee’s gross earnings after one year of service by the SMP facility. To meet eligibility requirements, employees must complete 1000 hours of service within a twelve-month period and employee must be 21 years of age.
